Does every package include Accommodation (Stay)?

Yes, Every Holiday Package include Hotel Accommodation (Stay) for a specific period as mentioned in the package.


What kind of Accommodation(stay) will be provided in the package?

The Accommodation(stay) can be hotel, resort, villa, tree houses, house boats and apartments


What is the quality of the hotels included in holiday packages?

All the hotels provided are checked and verified in terms of quality, standards and other amenities


What are the minimum standards maintained in Holiday packages?

We maintain a minimum of 3 star and above standard hotels for all the packages however a few remote destinations in India may not have 3 star and above hotel standards where we choose lesser standards in those locations


What are the standard check-in and checkout times in Indian hotels provided in Holiday Packages?

The common hotel standard check-in time in Indian packages will be 12:00 PM and checkout will be 10:00 AM. Please make sure your flight, train, or bus arrives at the first destination on or before 12:00 PM to ensure a smooth hotel check-in. Early check-in or late check-out is not included in the standard packages. However, early check-in can be arranged in a customized package if requested in advance and communicated to the travel expert.


Can I Get an early check in in the hotel on Day-1 for a domestic Package (Indian package)?

The distance from the hotel to the city center is shown in the Accommodation section of the itinerary page which is approximate distance between hotel and city center using google maps. This may vary with the actual distance.


Can I Book the package for tomorrow?

No, it is not possible to book your package for the next 4 days due to the dynamic availability of hotels and services, which increases the likelihood of cancellations. To avoid service cancellations, we require a minimum of 4 days’ notice to accept bookings.


What kind of room standards selected for the packages?

The packages include basic standard room categories at all hotels. However, if you wish to upgrade your room, you can customize the package. To do this, go to "Packages," select "View Details," then "Customize," and finally "Customize This Package." From there, you can adjust the trip and room standards according to your preferences.


What kind of room sharing's are provided in the packages?

Room sharing is typically arranged as follows: Double sharing for 2 adults Double sharing with an extra mattress for 3 adults Double sharing with an extra mattress for 2 adults and 1 child with a bed Double sharing with an extra mattress for 2 adults with 1 child with a bed and 1 child without a bed Children below 2 years (infants) are accommodated free of cost for both domestic (Indian) and international packages.


Can I choose the number of rooms according to my preference?

No, you cannot choose the exact number of rooms, but you can select room categories such as double sharing or suite rooms. The number of rooms will be automatically adjusted based on the number of passengers selected. You can also choose suite room options based on your preferences in the "Search Packages" under "More Price Options." However, there are limitations in room sharing options. For example, 4 passengers cannot be accommodated in 1 room according to standard hotel room sharing policies, even if children are below 5 years old, unless one of them is an infant (below 2 years).


Are meals included in the Domestic package (Indian package)?

The package usually include breakfast (where day-1 breakfast is mandatorily excluded unless specified in the package inclusions section). In Indian packages lunch and dinner will be provisioned in the accommodated hotel, however it may differ based on the requirements, like meal at restaurant, packed meal, or meal in the flight. Packages may also include lunch and dinner where ever required as per the package only when mentioned in the inclusions section.

What is a private transfer?

A private transfer is a taxi or other vehicle reserved solely for your party. Private transfers will be waiting for you on arrival to the destination airport, and will take you directly to your hotel or apartment, without any stops on route.


What is a SIC transfer?

SIC tours stands for Seat-in-Coach Basis Tours, which means you will share a coach or van with other tourists and you will be taken to all the scenic spots listed in the Itinerary that day.

What is a flexi tour?

The flexi tour offers the convenience of rescheduling to any other day that suits you. However, this flexibility is only available if you stay in the same location for a minimum of two days. If you move to your next destination, the flexi tour option will no longer be applicable. This ensures that the tour can be properly arranged and enjoyed without the constraints of travel between different locations. The flexi tour is commonly included in Indian packages.

You have 2 options to customize the package, you can either choose to "Customize this package" where you can customize the desired package when the package suites your preferences but need any modifications like specific dates or group requirement or upgradation of hotel standards or meal plan or others, this option enables you to maintain the same itinerary with your preferred changes. In the second option You can customize new package where you can request a new itinerary based on your preferences and get it customized by the travel expert. Any customization takes 24 hours to 48 hours for a perfect itinerary where all the hotel live availabilities and vehicles are reconfirmed before issuing the itinerary.

Before booking any package, it is important to check the booking details thoroughly since it is the final itinerary which you have chosen, you can check the room sharing type and vehicle type and travel dates before proceeding with the reservation.

Yes, you can make the booking(reservation) on your name or you can also book for someone else from your login id. But it is essential to provide a copy of Valid Aadhar card of the lead passenger in case of Domestic package and Valid Passport of the lead passenger in case of International Package.

Are there any other charges other than franchisee fee to join?

Other than the franchise fee there is no other fee that the franchisee needs to pay to the company. However, the franchisee is expected to set up a marketing office in the location assigned. The specifications for the office setup will be as per the company guidelines mentioned in the franchise agreement.


Is the franchise fee on time payment or a recurring payment?

The franchise fee paid to the company towards the location exclusivity rights is a one-time fee payment and not a recurring payment.
