Cancellation Policy

If You wants to cancel your booking, you must noitify us in writing.

No Cancellation or changes are allowed after departure.

Cancellation are subject to the following charges:
Up to 60 days prior to departure
40%

Chargable

59-46 days prior to departure
75%

Chargable

45-31 days prior to departure
80%

Chargable

30 days prior to departure
100%

Cancellation Policy which over rules above
Surcharges on christmas and new Year period . Few destinations which overrules the below policy and come under 100% cancellation.

Applicable on Flights - as per Airlines Terms and Conditions.

Payment and Pricing

The price of your any holiday might be provided in any currencies: USD, SGD, EUR, IDR, AUD, LKR, AED, THB, MUR, RM, and INR. Due to potential currency fluctuations, the final amount charged will be based on the higher value at the time of completing your payment.

To avoid additional charges from currency fluctuations, we strongly recommend that our valued customers make full payment at the time of booking.

For partial payments, Gogaga Holidays reserves the right to charge the higher amount applicable as per the quote until the final payment is made.

We also reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not made at the time of booking and there is a subsequent fluctuation in the USD, SGD, EUR, IDR, AUD, LKR, AED, THB, MUR, RM, or INR rates. To prevent such situations, please ensure full and final payment is made at the time of booking.
